  • 04:00 Sitting meditation (Zazen)
  • 05:45 Breakfast
  • 06:30 Walking meditation — a full-day hike in any weather
  • 21:30 Dinner & sharing some alcohol-free drinks
  • 22:15 Lights out

Spending the day in silent walking meditation allows the mind to open to the vast scenery of the Glarus Alps. Each step becomes practice: rising, moving, placing. Surrounded by mountain goats and the breath-taking panorama of Vrenelis Gärtli and Tödi we cultivate a calm, receptive presence.
